Principle

Manual steering system is the device that a helm pump driven by the rotation of the steering wheel supplies oil to the cylinder and pushes the piston of cylinder to have the rudder shaft move.

It is a simple system consisting of a helm pump and a cylinder.

Cylinder has 4 types of Single, Rotary, Twin, Two rudder.

D-I offers best options to combine kinds of help pumps and cylinders.

Our choice mostly satisfy customers but in case of your special needs, you have many optional ways.

The number of rotation wheel is defined by the capacity of the cylinder and the helm pump(cc/rev).
