1. Avoid wet place, near the exhaust pipe, hot or vibrated condition

2. To prevent damage load of rudder, the cylinder attach part need to have enough strength.

3. When you Install rotary cylinder steering system, a cylinder tiler and a redder tiler should be horizontal

4. When you rudder angle sensor, make sure the cylinder in center

5. Hydraulic hose should be suitable for spec 150kg/㎠

6. Make sure tightnesss of every bolts, nuts

7. Only specified kinds of oil are allowed. (LG Lando#32, SK Gulf Hamony#32, Ssangyong Hydro#32)

8. Oil should be exchanged every 6 months

9. Pulley drive pump should be installed in direction of CC at the pulley and adjust the proper tension

 * make the tension pushable about 3cm. (Regular check required)

10. Optimal rotation range : 700~2,000rpm

11. Engine side pulleys diagram and Pump side pulleys diagram should be equal

12. A, B types are available for V belt.

 When rotation is slow, the handle is heavy while the temperature of oil can be higher when rotation is fast

13. Check the oil is enough before the operation and check the leakage after operation.

14. Regular check is required the inlet of grease in the rod end and other parts every 1 month.

 When required, fill the grease

15. In the first installation, air vent is required to loosen screw and turn handle left/right until oil come out

16. Adjust 0 points of rudder angle sensor and rudder indicator to be equal
